Who's a little fibber then?

Yep, you guessed it:
It's Timmy Boy.
Dame Edna Loughton
When The Glorious Lought told the nation that he was so outraged at being treated like a normal criminal rather than a really posh one, he claimed that he would be arranging to speak with the Chief Constable to get an explanation.

Seems like this wasn't exactly the truth now was it Tim? You have regular briefings with the CC and there just happened to be one booked in for yesterday. These briefings are supposed to be part of his role as MP and not for any personal issues that he may want to discus, but despite this Tim exploited his position in order to put his personal matters ahead of his official role. Very professional there, but what did you expect.

He also claimed that he had arranged a meeting with the Commissioner to get an explanation or apology or whatever he claims he is owed. Again not quite true, I approached the office of Commissioner Gordon and requested that if Loughton gets to have a meeting to discuss his views, then I should be afforded the same.

They told me yesterday that there was no meeting with Loughton planned, however today they informed me that it appears that his regular debriefing session was booked in, and again this is not supposed to be used for any personal matters but for his responsibility as an MP. So in reality, what Loughton should say, is that he is planning on further exploiting his position in order to further his own agenda, and appear to the public via the tabloid scum, as if he can click his fingers and the police jump. Very naughty!

Unfortunately my plan backfired (could be fortunate, I'll tell you afterwards) and Commissioner Gordon agreed to a meeting with myself; on the condition that she could bring her solicitor. Upping the ante, I agreed, but only if I could bring a clown.

I'm not sure if they thought that I was serious or not, but they didn't raise me any further so maybe they're trying to call my bluff. Anyone know any clowns available to come with me?

Kieran

Dear Daily Mail,

How about you have some sushi on me.....
Richard Littlejohn, let's break that name down shall we, Dick Little Toilet, strangely appropriate somehow, a vile little bog trog with morals lower than a snake's bollocks.

This idiot appears to make a living out of making unpleasant and abusive statements about people who he has never met, he comments on matters that he hasn't the slightest clue about and he seems to think that abusing people that he has never met is somehow really big and clever.
Well, Les Dennis called from the 1980's and he wants his hair back you Dick, I'm sure that you and Loughton had a lovely little chat about how you both aren't racists at all, well we all know that the ones who protest about not being something are usually covering up a deep seated internal struggle, seems that you're both not homophobes too. You're clearly both black lesbian communists trapped in the bodies of middle classed hateful fascist bigots.

I'd like to invite Dick to come and stand in front of me and make the same comments in person that he writes from behind his cosy little desk, I won't write anything that I wouldn't say to someones face, but these jumped up little Tories just don't have the bollocks. Well Dick, you're a pathetic excuse for a man, please feel free to come and ask me to tell you this to your ugly wrinkly face, I will gladly oblige.

Have fun

About time.

Well it looks like the BBC have come through with the closest version of the truth so far.

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-sussex-21659405

This proves that we don't need to abuse people in order to report news, did they forget to mention the racism, no, because that was not what the investigation was actually into, although Loughton's continued referral to it seems to suggest that he knew that it was.

We haven't heard him state so adamantly that he isn't something, since the homophobia accusations, and we all have our own views on that one, don't we?

Another day of Loughton's lies and other Bollocks.

Well the Telegruff seems to want to perpetuate Loughton's claims that him being investigated for a crime is so totally unacceptable that he needs to put his spin on it and spew it about the place a bit more. Never mind the truth, it's a good excuse to belittle his clear abuse of the travelling community, not just in this email but in many other public documents available through his vile website of hate.

It's nice that he as the person investigated for a crime, that crime was Malicious Communication which is not considered a hate crime and so there is absolutely no way that the investigation was in any way a "racism probe", can arrange to have a nice little cosy chat with the Chief Cunstable. I wonder if this is available to all people investigated for criminal offences or if it's only available to narcissistic MPs who want to publicise the claim that they aren't racist (even if they are) and expect an apology for the case collapsing.

He wasn't shouting when he was hauled in, he waited until he got away with it before shouting it from the rooftops, wonder why? Clearly he did have his doubts about getting away with it, probably because he knew that he was guilty.
Nice move to try and link it to an alleged police corruption incident, even though there was no corruption involved, well apart from his attempts to involve the Chief Cunstable and Commissioner.
Clearly Loughton thinks that the Italians have the right idea by making sure that politicians shouldn't be investigated for crimes that they may commit. This is clearly a stupid idea as we all know that politicians commit crimes too.

Seems strange that he's banging on about it being an investigation into racism, when the crime being investigated did not have a racial element, methinks that he doth protest too much, one could be led into thinking that the only reason that he is claiming that it is so totally unjust that anyone dare accuse him of racism, is because he is, and that this was his intention all along, which I personally have no doubt that it was.

The only reason that this could be considered a waste of money and resources is because he got away with it, and the fact that he is going all out to get his twitter minions to support him just shows what an insignificant little man he really is.

In short, I truly believe that Loughton is a racist, however he was not investigated for this despite his claims that he was. If it was an investigation into racism then they would have nailed him for it.

And his claims that this blog was the reason for his abuse is clearly Bollocks, as when he wrote his abusive email there was no blog.

And anyone who thinks that it is acceptable to call any member of the travelling community "unkempt", "dishevelled" and "rough", I'll issue oyu a little challenge, next time you pass a traveller site, pop in and tell them that these words describe them appropriately, go on I dare you, I'm sure that you'll get a pretty clear idea of how offensive this is, quite swiftly. Please don't actually do this, because unlike myself a lot of the travelling community don't trust the police to actually take action against this kind of abuse, some might say that they have a good point.

Good luck.

Here's a question for you.

This is the headline from the Fail On Sunday,
Sounds like quite a lot of money, despite the fact that the headline is actually "bollocks" and he was actually investigated under the Malicious communications act, which does not take into account any racially aggravated elements, either way, the cost is apparently £100k.

then you read further down and find this,

Now one would wonder how they came up with that figure if there was no information released by the police regarding this, well not officially anyway. This is just another hole in this "so called" journalism, clearly designed to appeal to the tory blind, who just see any allegation of racism as a waste of time and money, be it an official costing or one provided to them by Loughton after his lunch with the Commissioner or his numerous recent conversations with the Chief Constable.

Here's the big question; if he was so "horrified" then why didn't he go to the tory rags 6 months ago when this happened? Could it possibly be that he knew that he was wrong and wanted to ensure that the case was dropped before anyone found out that he had sent abusive emails in response to a polite question.

Oh, and the claims that I harassed him and his staff and was a serial vexatious complainer would clearly account for the fact that I hadn't actually spoken to the lying racist homophobe or his staff for more than 2 years, and had not spoken to any of them in person since 2006. It's all lies, and the only reason that it is in the national press is because Loughton, like all the tories is balls deep in the media.
I shouldn't be surprised that I am offended by the Daily Fail, it's hardly a shock to know for a fact that what they have written is complete bollocks, but the fact that they so blatantly miss simple errors in their story and are only bothered to try and paint myself and people like me as bad people and MPs as good people even though anyone with half a brain knows that the real liars are the criminals who sit in Parliament, any honest person's conscience would prevent them from becoming an MP.

Loughton hides behind his little coterie of thugs, I hide behind no one, and if I told even one percent of the lies that he does I wouldn't be able to live with myself.

The Fail also forgot to mention the death threats sent to myself and my family since the outset of this investigation, but that would spoil the claim that it was me that was the nasty person and not the true villain, and with those Dr Evil eyebrows, there is little doubt who lives inside a hollowed out volcano.

Sleep well, Loughton doesn't, a guilty conscience has that effect.

Claims?

Here's what's pissing me off at the moment; the daily scum seem to think that I "claim" to be Romany. What do you want, a note from my mum, or would you rather that I undergo the racial purity tests favoured by our right wingers from our history lessons? Feel free to come and measure my nose if you like, but you might want to bring a proctologist with you if you want your ruler back.

Loughton has made it clear that we should be sent to "not lavish" camps on the outskirts of town, without suitable provisions (these were called ghettos in the past), and that we need a "hotline" to notify him of "incursions" by travellers and last week the local Tory scum told a public meeting that we need to "Fortify Adur against traveller invasions".

We should expect no less from our Tory rags, it's all about spin.

We are all encouraged to feel sorry for poor old abusive Timmy Boy, and worry that money has been wasted on investigating him. Well here's another angle, the money wouldn't have been wasted if he had actually been prosecuted for his vile unacceptable behaviour as he rightly should have been.

I can however rest happily that as a result of the investigation that he lost his job as minister for  middle classed children, and that he has been exposed as the narcissist that he clearly is, and seeking publicity for the fact that he did something wrong and was questioned about it clearly demonstrates some pretty serious narcissistic personality traits. In Loughton's mind he can do no wrong, even though the matter he responded to has been deemed unlawful under the DPA and yet he still thinks that he is justified in distributing his claims that he was entitled to abuse a voter, (not one that has ever or would ever vote for him and his filthy tory buddies) because of some made up stories that he seems to want to perpetuate, despite there being no facts to back up these claims, and plenty to prove that they are simply "bollocks".

I really can't wait to respond in full to his email, I'm going to really enjoy that one.

The Mail on Sunday article..........

Well, to use one of Tory Tim the Tosspot's favourite phrases, what a load of "whinging, self-serving poisonous bollocks".

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2287219/MP-subjected-6-month-100-000-police-racism-probe-telling-man-unkempt.html?ito=feeds-newsxml

http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/conservative/9905488/Police-investigate-Conservative-MP-Tim-Loughton-for-calling-man-unkempt.html

This is really very misleading, Loughton was never investigated for any race related crimes, although a quick look at his website clearly shows that he should be, he was investigated for replying to a polite letter, with a tirade of abuse.

The telegraph claim that this was a "strongly worded email", well if MPs are allowed to make personal insults and use the word "bollocks" then they won't mind if we all do the same.

The claim that he was subjected to anything other than the justice system that he purportedly supports is ridiculous, shall we see what happens if I send him a similarly insulting personal email? The time will come for that, and I'm really looking forward to it.

Both stories are exactly that, stories. He has manipulated the Tory rags to make him out to be the victim, and encourage the ignorant reader to continue their crusade against anyone who is different to them, something that they just love doing.

The claim that Loughton had to mingle with drug dealers, and was asked if he had mental health problems or was illiterate, really begs the question, Is this any different to a day in Parliament?

There is so much that is wrong with the stories told, but I like the bit about him having to have words with the Chief Constable about it; what they don't tell you is that he has already been doing this, he has been actively trying to get the case dropped since the beginning, and has had meetings with Martin Richards, who as we know was investigated for something that we aren't allowed to know about, aside from the claim that he didn't do whatever it was that he was accused of.

Loughton has also written to the investigating officers encouraging them to drop the case as well, and as he is good mates (nudge nudge) with the police commissioner, there is little doubt that he has been trying to pervert the course of justice there as well.

He claims that the complaint had no substance, well the email exists Tim, are you blind as well as stupid?  He claims that he had no knowledge of my background, and because I live in a flat that he did not know, well Timmy Boy, you know that this is complete bollocks as well you lying turd, as I have contacted you on the issue of your abuse towards the travelling communities numerous times and made no secret of my heritage.

Both stories also forgot to mention that the ICO have ruled that the use of the offensive terms reinforced as supposedly accurate by Loughton were unacceptable and also unlawful, but I guess that this wouldn't support their claim that he was the victim of some kind of PC justice, well Tim, you swore at me, and you called me nasty names, I know that this is Tory policy, but I for one will not accept being spoken to in that manner by anyone, especially someone as pathetic and disgusting as you, and I would consider writing to my MP about it if he wasn't such a total twunt.

Hope that you like the LOLTIMZ, sorry if they're not offensive enough, but I'll try and do some better ones to suit your vile nature as soon as I am able.

The Bedroom Tax

Not really a tax, but if they called it a benefit cut, which it really is, people would actually realise what it was.

It's just another attack on the people at the bottom of the ladder, allowing more money to be directed to the people who already have plenty. Just like all other Tory policies it is about as well thought out as  placing a multiple murderer in the same accommodation block as vulnerable people, (oooh, I'd love to tell you all about that one but you'll just have to wait).

Now you may think that spending public money on spare rooms is a waste, but it's not that simple, here's a couple of examples:

Person living alone, with custody of his kid at weekends, if he is unable to find the extra cash to pay for the kids room, then the kid loses out and dad moves to a bedsit.

Couple whose son is serving in the army, he stays with them when on leave as it has been his home all of his life before signing up. Parents must move to a smaller property and he gets to spend his downtime on a sofa.

That's just a taster, there are plenty more examples out there if you look.

Here's the rub, if these people are in social housing, then rents are low and the money paid out for a two bedroom flat is less than half the cost of a private rented one bedroom flat, so by moving people into smaller properties the bill for housing benefit actually increases.

It would actually be fairer if it was a bedroom tax, because then the people with 3 houses and more than half a dozen spare rooms would have to pay out, this would then be able to fund the building of new social housing and alleviate the problem of these empty rooms. That would then lessen the divide in rental costs between private and social accommodation, as the demand would fall and less people would be exploited by exploitative landlords.

But it is public money I hear you say, we need to not waste it? Well if we need to address the empty rooms and under occupation of houses paid for with public money, then why have we been paying for this? (see pic)

It's "The Old Barn", it has been heavily funded by public money to the tune of many thousands of pounds (about 25k pa) over the last few years, it has a couple of spare bedrooms and will not be taxed any more than a bog standard 3 bed detached house in your town, despite being worth more than a million quid.

Let's make it a real bedroom tax and work out the potential rental value of this country pile and charge the owner 25% of it for the empty rooms. Yes, the owner, because although this house was heavily subsidised with tax payers money, it is in fact privately owned, by Tim Loughton our "local" MP, I use quotes because he's not very local at all, but that's OK because when he wants to visit us here in Shoreham he can get us to pay his travelling expenses for the nearly 40 mile trip, even though we already paid for his house, which he claimed was his constituency residence despite being many miles outside the constituency border.

There are only so many beans in the can, and if one person takes more than his share, then others have to go without, simple concept, easily missed.

*All statistics approximated due to me not being arsed to do proper research.

100 days of solitude.

Just in case you forgot, Katy wants us all to remember that she still exists and is still very important.

Maybe this is in response to last weeks Argus piece about more people knowing who Katy Price is than who Katy Bourne is, by quite a staggering, but not surprising, percentage.

Seems like our PCC wants to ensure that people RT (I understand that this means re-tweet) this exciting news in order to gain that reassurance that all of these Tories need. If Mrs Bourne is so threatened by the aforementioned Mrs Norks, maybe she should do something to raise the public's awareness of the role of PCC, by actually telling us what it is that she actually does, after all she has now had (pause for quick calculation) just over £23k of our cash for the role. Alternatively she could follow Ms Price's example and launch a range of Sussex PCC sex toys, she could call it "The PCC Love Truncheon", that'd get her the exposure that she needs, I would recommend that she keeps her clothes on though, we don't want to scare anyone now.

We're gonna need a bigger field

The plan to build a power station in Southwick is underway, and with all the claims that biofuels are sustainable, eco friendly, green, carbon neutral, and all those other key phrases used to make us think that it's good for us and the planet, you would think that this is a great idea.

If only it were that simple, sadly it's not. The only thing "green" about this new power station are the people that believe the lies.

The principle is faultless, grow a plant, burn it, carbon is released, if you grow another plant in place of the one that you burn then this takes up the carbon released and the cycle is complete, no harm done. All well and good if you have enough room to grow as many plants as you burn, if you can't, then it doesn't work.

Where we haven't got a field the size of Hampshire (rough approximation) to grow oil producing plants to fuel this new power station, we need to bring it in from somewhere else. This buggers up the whole theory, because we then have to fuel the boats to transport it here, on top of the fuel needed for the power station, so we then need a bigger field growing this supposedly "eco" fuel, so we need to look to elsewhere in the world to use their fields.

What if they don't have any fields, only jungle? Well then we have to get rid of all the plants in the jungle, as well as all the other jungle dwelling life, this creates more carbon, in order to replace this we need to grow more plants to make up for this. In effect, in order to reset the balance, we need to push this whole "eco" idea across the planet, and as we are moving all this plant oil around the place in boats powered by diesel, even if it is bio-diesel, we create more carbon, and so need a bigger field to set the counter back to zero.

Let's face it, it was a good idea on paper, but in practice, it really isn't going to work. Now I know that they told us that they would also burn used cooking oil, what, 50,000 tonnes a year, I'm willing to give it a go but I don't think I can manage quite that much curry. There is talk of all sorts of other potential fuels, but there just isn't the amount needed available in the quantities required, so it's back to the field theory, which just doesn't work.

In short, it's a stupid idea, it's a really stupid idea, it's just the sort of idea that Adur Council love, because despite the fact that everything they are trying to fool us into believing, it really is all about the money. Other places in the country have already refused this power station, and we should too.

Due to the geography of the area, the potential health issues could be devastating. Remember, Dutch Elm disease was not spread along this stretch of the coast due to the lack of air movement to carry the spores, all the crap that this thing will chuck out will just hang about in the air waiting to be inhaled, and apparently this stuff isn't very good for you, (he says typing whilst smoking a fag).

The best way to try and stop this from going ahead is to make a pain in the arse of yourself, and make your councillor aware of your thoughts, I obviously can't do this because my councillors are crap, but you can, and maybe give a little more for me as well. If we stop this at the planning stage, it will save us from having to go out and protest in real life, out in the cold and wet, and that foreshore gets pretty parky.

Check out http://www.biofuelwatch.org.uk/ and say no to biofuels in Shoreham.
