Tim Loughton admits that he supports prejudice.

Watching the news coverage of Timbo's latest round of hate, over the  last week, I have noticed a bit of a paradox has occurred.

He is now claiming that by trying to hamper the progress of the same sex marriage bill, he is merely ensuring that special attention is given to equality, something that he claims is very important to him. Luckily nobody has been fooled by this nonsense, but if they have, then this should throw a further spanner into the works.

You see, The Lought seems to be claiming that Civil Partnerships are, by their exclusivity to Gay couples, somehow inherently unfair and there is a clear inequality and that millions of imaginary straight couples are up in arms that "Adam and Steve" are getting something that they can't have.

Aside from this being complete and utter crap, it is also a pathetically transparent attempt to get the "I'm a white, middle classed, heterosexual person, where's my equality" types to support his crusade against equality.

Now if we take it as read that he is against Civil Partnerships on the grounds that they are horrendously prejudiced against people who are not in same sex relationships, and want a civil joining ceremony instead of a religious one, but also think that a register office ceremony is just too much of a commitment for them, even though Loughto claims that the two ceremonies offer exactly the same thing, F*ck, I'm even confusing myself with his anti-logic here.

Anyway, if we momentarily believe insane Timbo logic for a minute and accept that Civil Partnerships are exactly the same as a marriage in all aspects aside from the fact that they make Baby Jesus cry.

The above is from Loughto's website of hate, and it clearly claims that he supported the creation of CPs, and that they are equal in law to marriage. Yet now it appears that they are prejudiced in his mind as straight couples cannot enter into them, and neither can siblings. Personally most people wouldn't want to marry their sibling either but maybe the upper echelons of the Tory party believe otherwise, that would account for quite a lot really.

Where was I, Oh yes, CPs are the same as weddings but some straight couples are excluded if they want a less formal arrangement than marriage, so they are not up to the Timbo standard of equality and he objects to them on these grounds, even though he claims to have fully supported them and they are the same thing as a marriage.

Basically if Timmy is right and they are indeed unequal in favour of gay people, then why the f*ck did he support them and claim that they were so bloody fantastic as recently a few months ago. Are we to believe that when he lent his support to CPs that he was being somehow heterophobic? What a naughty man he really is, displaying all that hatred and inequality towards his supporters, lucky that he made a U-turn and now sees the error of his ways and is trying to correct them by attempting to scupper the same sex marriage bill by stirring up his hateful churchy mates.

Personally I just think that he is talking shit as usual, and thinking that people won't notice his inability to justify any of his beliefs aside form blaming it all on an imaginary bloke in a toga, sitting on a cloud. Next time you listen to the idiot, try and see past the bullshit, and listen to the real message of hate that he is putting forward in the name of the people of East Worthing and Shoreham.
