Yes it's apparently it's those "damn Spaniards" again, and our former UKIP, now Tory Chair of Council has a real bee in his bonnet about "GibraltEr", which I am led to believe is a "country" somewhere near Spain, which is "truEly great".
I wonder if it's anywhere near Gibraltar, the self governing British overseas territory?
